Austin Peay University has signed former Dragon standout Caleb DeLEE to a baseball scholarship.  The hard throwing right hander signed with Meridian Community College out of high school after helping lead Collierville to a Semi-Final finish in the state tournament.   DeLEE was forced to sit out last season due to an injury, but is making huge strides in his recovery from Tommy John surgery and will have three years of eligibility remaining.  

As a Freshman, DeLEE complied a 3-1 record with two saves and a 4.61 ERA in 16 relief appearances at Meridian.  During his career at CHS, DeLEE was a Pre-Season Louisville High School All-American and a two-time All-Metro selection by the Memphis Commercial Appeal.   

Austin Peay is coming off an outstanding season and looks to continue their quest to reach the College World Series.
