The Collierville Dragons were victorious against Arlington 4-3 on Monday.

Collierville opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to two singles from Hudson Snell and Jacob Caruso. 

The Dragons added one run in the third after Snell singled down the left field line on an 0-2 count.

Arlington tied the game in the bottom of the third thanks to an error, and a single by Robert Armes.

Collierville then took the lead again in the top of the fourth. A pair of doubles from Josh Hull and Langston Reed gave Collierville the leg up, 4-3.

Tyler Robinson earned the win for the Dragons in relief. The left-handed pitcher surrendered three hits and zero runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out none and walking one. Cade Reisinger took the loss for Arlington. Reisinger went seven innings, giving up four runs (three earned) on nine hits, striking out six and walking two. Ronnie Sims stepped on the bump first for the Dragons. The sophomore gave up three hits and three runs (two earned) over two and two-thirds innings, striking out five and walking three. Bradley Stubbs collected the save. Reece Denman threw two innings of shutout ball in relief. The righty gave up two hits, striking out two and walking one.

Collierville tallied nine hits in the game. Snell provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led the Dragons with two runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 3-for-3 on the day. Caruso collected two hits for Collierville in three at bats.

The Dragons will try to sweep the regular season series vs Arlington tomorrow at Patriot Bank Park. First pitch is set for 6:30.
